I have been a Registered Nurse working in the NHS since 2007. In that time I have seen the benefit of taking control of your own wellbeing. With that in mind, I successfully completed the HNC Fitness Health & Exercise at Moray College in 2020, then the HNC Soft Tissue Therapy through Moray College in 2024 and I’m currently extending those studies with the HND Sports Therapy with UHI Inverness.
