An afterschool club for young adults between 11 and 16, to come and participate in some fitness! These classes are open to Neurological Conditions or for anyone who just needs an extra helping hand when it comes to movement. We will focus on different aspects of fitness including sports which also get taught in P.E. functional work such as balance, hand-eye coordination, flexibility, coordination and movement.
Time: 16:00 - 17:00

These sessions are led by either Karina and Mollie… Our goal to provide a supportive space to focus on movement, mobility, strength, and coordination, helping you maintain independence for as long as possible. It’s suitable for all stages of the condition.

We focus on Hand-Eye Communication, Balance, Independence, BIG and Strength movements.
The class is £2 and the rest covered by the incredible people at Parkinson’s Moray – It is held every Friday 12:15 to 13:00 with a wait list! However, keep your eyes peeled for a new Parkinson’s class on the horizon…

An introduction to our Friday afternoon class, designed especially for those aged 65+.
Join us at 14:30 each week for a friendly, supportive session focused on improving balance, core strength, and mobility, helping you stay steady, strong, and confident in everyday life.
You can expect gentle band work, light resistance exercises, and practical movements that can easily be carried into your daily routine.
The class runs from 14:30–15:10 every Friday

Spice up your Tuesday with a session that gets you moving and smiling! Join us 1:00–1:40pm for Adapt-a-Pound, a seated class combining cardio, mobility, and rhythm-based fun.
Our playlist is a mix of Scottish tunes, 50s classics, 80s hits, and yes… plenty of Nathan Evans to keep the vibes high. Perfect for all ages and abilities, no experience needed!

This group is for anyone living with the effects of a stroke – we offer movement, laughs, connections and a cup of tea at the end! We have exercises laid out across the room that work on fine motor skills, strength, balance, reaction times and coordination. Everything can be done at your pace, your level and with a lot of peer support too.
